Bull99e Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

1 Eligibility & Account Registration

Use of the Bull99e platform is limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you confirm that you satisfy all the conditions stated below.

• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
• You are a legal resident or citizen of Malaysia.
• You are registering in your own name and not on behalf of any other person.
• You have not previously been prohibited from using Bull99e's services.
• You may only hold one active account on Bull99e at any given time.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Bull99e reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified threshold.

Bull99e reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Bull99e's decision in such matters is final.

2 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on Bull99e are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Bull99e does not accept any foreign currency, and all player accounts are denominated in RM only.

Accepted Deposit Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX (including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks). The minimum deposit is RM 10 and is processed in under 1 minute. Bull99e does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30, and requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for regular members, and faster for VIP members.

• Your first withdrawal requires a successful identity verification (KYC).
• Bull99e reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted — funds may only be sent to an account registered in the player's name.
• Bull99e reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for up to 5 business days if additional verification is required.

Any attempt to commit fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the Bull99e payment system will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be closed immediately.

3 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bull99e offers a variety of promotions and bonuses from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion description. The general bonus terms for Bull99e are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the stated eligibility criteria.
• Each player may claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before the rollover requirements have been met.
• Rollover is calculated based on net turnover (total bets minus winnings), not the deposit amount alone.
• Games excluded from rollover calculations will be specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bull99e reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including matched betting (arbitrage) or the use of multiple accounts.

Bull99e reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bonus claims where the conditions have already been met.

4 Game Rules

All games offered on the Bull99e platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, roulette, and others — are subject to their respective game rules. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any bets.

Sports Betting: Odds for all sporting events — including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, ICC cricket, and e-sports — are updated in real time. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. Bull99e reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error, incorrectly published odds, or any unusual circumstance affecting the outcome of a match.

Casino & Slots: All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been verified by an independent auditing body. Wins and losses are entirely random, and Bull99e has no ability to influence the outcome of any game.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed before the game begins.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be resolved based on Bull99e's server records, which shall be considered final.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.

5 Player Responsibilities

As a Bull99e player, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. You are required to keep your password and login credentials confidential. Bull99e will not be liable for any losses resulting from a player's failure to safeguard their account information.

You agree not to use the Bull99e platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law. Use of the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

• Do not share your account with anyone else.
• Notify Bull99e immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Bet within your financial means and practise responsible gambling.
• If you have a gambling problem, use the deposit limit or self-exclusion tools available in your account settings.

6 Data Protection & Privacy

Bull99e collects and processes players' personal data in accordance with the Bull99e Privacy Policy and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The information you provide during registration and use of the platform is used for the following purposes:

7 Account Suspension & Closure

• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Holding more than one active account.
• Use of bots, automated software, or any unauthorised method to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Bullying, harassment, or abusive language directed at staff or other players.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the Bull99e support team. For player-initiated closures, any valid remaining balance will be refunded upon completion of the verification process, provided there are no suspicious transactions within the preceding 30 days.

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, Bull99e reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings. In confirmed cases of fraud, the full account balance may be frozen pending the completion of an investigation.

8 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Bull99e provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, Bull99e makes no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

Bull99e shall not be held liable for:

• Service interruptions due to system maintenance, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Indirect losses, anticipated loss of profits, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Betting decisions are made based on information available on the platform — players bear full responsibility for their own betting choices.
• Loss of funds resulting from a player's negligence in safeguarding their account login details.

In any event, Bull99e's maximum liability to any player is limited to the net deposit amount made by that player within the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

9 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Bull99e reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Bull99e website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms.

For changes deemed material, Bull99e will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, via your registered email or an in-platform notification.
